Upon why I still have no good opinion on OleMiss undergrads:  I remember once having a conversation about fun stuff on the Internet with a Georgia alum and having to Engage.Show.Provide all of it to an OleMiss alum.  Basically Georgia and I had lived in the dorms, and truly experienced the internet the way all college students should.  While OleMiss probably lived in some condo off campus from the day the got here.

How much it costs to become and remain an Attorney June 19, 2008

The LSAT and LSDAS: $200

 

Law School Applications: $500

 

Law School Tuition and Books and Living: $65,500

max grad school loan amount plus private loans

 

Applying for the Bar: $650

letter of intent $80, bar application $300, ncbe $200, mpre $60

 

Passing the Bar: $3,500

bar bri course with ipod

 

Surving till you pass the Bar: $10,000

bar study loan

 

Immediately after the Bar: $200

swearing in, law license $150, tn bpr number

 

Forever:

ABA dues Free the first year, then $125 + $10 every year after,

until you’re old/retired and get a discount again

TBA dues $125-$275 depends on how much money you make or until you get old/retired

MBA dues Free the first two years, then $75 for two years, $125 for 2 years, $165 for 5 years, $200 every year after till you’re old and get a discount again

TN Law license $135 + $5 every year after till they change the statute, appx every 10 years

TN Professional privilege tax $400 by law, it will definately go up
